Fabrizia Castagna
Born in Messina on 18 December, 1972.
Graduate of the University of Rome “La Sapienza”, admitted to the Bar in Rome in 2002 and to the highest courts in 2014.
Fabrizia focuses on commercial criminal law, on labor criminal law, on tax and bankruptcy crimes, either advising clients as counsel either representing them in courts.
She has a specific experience on corporate liability and is a member of several supervisory boards in major Italian and foreign companies.
In 2002 Fabrizia has been legal adviser of the Inter-ministerial committee set up by the Ministry for Gender Equality and in 2016 she has been member of the committee set up at the Criminal Chamber of Rome on the themes of relationships with the public prosecutors, the prevention and the re-examination office.
Fabrizia has been heard by the VI Permanent Commission at the Senate of the Republic and by the II Commission (Justice) at the Chamber of Deputies for the analysis of the legislative initiatives for the amendment of the Criminal Code and the Criminal Procedure Code.
She provides pro bono assistance to several non-profit organizations active on gender-based violence.
