CONTRACTS
You leave home, buy the newspaper, have a coffee at the usual coffee shop, check your e-mail on your smartphone, move by car or public transportation, reach your workplace, at lunchtime go for a bite in that new shop on the corner… and to do all this you entered into at least ten contracts, some without a written word, others with pages full of clauses and terms.
Luckily, you don’t need a lawyer every time. But if you move the rod just above everyday life, there is not one occasion when, instead of that draft found on the internet, the support of a professional is not preferable.
It costs more, of course, but it’s not the price of a text: you pay for the competence acquired in a professional life, the skills of your lawyer to translate them into that text, the ability to know, understand, interpret, negotiate, mediate. In one word: to assist you.
