COMPANIES AND EXTRAORDINARY TRANSACTIONS
Is it true that the best company is incorporated by members in odd number, less than two? We don’t think so: we ourselves are team players, and we think that it’s not the number of participants that determines the proper functioning of an organization, but the clarity of the rules and the adequacy of the procedures.
Starting a business requires, first of all, a great effort, a commitment in planning the technical and commercial aspects, but also the legal and organizational ones: in every sector, law and regulatory provisions become more and more articulated and strict.
It may seem like a disadvantage, running high hurdles, and over-regulation in some way is one; but it is also an opportunity: compliance is a requirement for accessing and staying on the market, a distinctive element, a condition for growth.
The success of a business activity is based on skills, innovation, research and managerial skills, but none of these values could be exploited without suitable skills, spirit of innovation, interest for research and management skills within the world of legal and tax rules, in which business can grow.
