Tinnitus is such a provoking state because it hinders you from doing your ordinary daily activity. Like at work, how are you going to be ready to deal with clients and your work mates and be productive if you can’t even hear what they are saying? How about putting yourself at risk because you didn’t hear the man behind you shouting’ watch out!’ because all you can hear is the buzzing and ringing in your ears. So before all these happen to you let us find how to stop tinnitus.

To stop damage in your ear and so cause tinnitus, avoid rigidly cleaning your ears till it bleeds. Also avoid inserting anything inside your ear, especially when cleaning it, like cotton buds than putting cotton on a stick. These might get lodged inside your ear.

One of the many reasons for tinnitus is muscle cramps so you must exercise and improve your muscle strength. Stress should also be avoided because this increases your risk for tinnitus. Of course a healthful reasonable healthy diet and a healthy way of life also helps you to stop sicknesses that might also cause tinnitus thus at the same time also prevent tinnitus.

Other stuff to do to prevent tinnitus are to avoid from taking in higher doses of medications like analgesic and antibiotic. Avoid constant exposure to intense noises and make sure you do not put yourself in danger like banging your head to a hard surface or indulge in hard sports that might lead you to hurt your head. But if these things can not be avoided then make sure you apply protective measures like a helmet to guard your head, an earplug to prevent hearing intense noises and also always consult your doctor if by chance you are to take any analgesic and antibiotic medicine.
